i've been slacking...

but some exciting news that i want yall to keep your fingers crossed for me
I had an interview at Children's medical hospital and it was really good. I had applied for this job literally like right after graduation and just heard back from the lady like a week ago. So i had all but given up on that but she scheduled an interview-- that was yesterday. Sorry megs this is gonna be kinda repetetive for you since i already filled you in. but i suprisingly wasnt nervous at all?! the lady was really nice and easy to talk too. downer is they have been taking applications for this position since APRIL!! wtf!! so who knows how many ppl i'm up against, but they have had interviews all week long since monday, and after today i guess will start to narrow it down and then make recommendations to HR. So i wont know if i get the job for another 2-3 weeks... im gonna die haha. but the hospital is so awesome- like i wanna work there for the rest of my life haha and the job sounds super cool, it'd only be part time so like 3 or 4 shifts a week, its in the psych unit, and the lady said 75% of their patients are kids with eating disorders and the rest are like the bipolar or depressed or your other disorders. and they like do all these activities with the kids to get them back on track, and then also educate the families on the disorders and i dunno, i just was really excited about the future and what i want to be doing again once i left the hospital. it sounds right up my alley, and best part is... id get to wear scrubs to work! haha :) she said that the other Milieu Therapists ( which is what i applied for )there are in grad school or like using this as a good experience type job, which would be perfect to cause thats kinda the boat i wanna be in now too. so i'm hoping that my waiting for something good to come along has finally paid off and this will work out, but i'm not gonna get too hopeful incase this idea back fires on me.

di-- im glad you found a job, i can see you being quite the leader too hahaha thats funny they said that, but still awesome. oh my mom said mr and mrs holbrook came into the vets office she works at and kourts dad looked good, just seemed to be taking things a little slower.
kath-- i need to hear more from you, i miss you dearly and can't wait to see you and catch up on everything at homecoming
meg-- im glad i have you close to keep me sane, i hate not having everyone around to see whenever i want... lol lets seriously do an alum club soon...?
